Issuing Loans and Grants to prevent homelessness in East Lindsey
We are a voluntary organisation offering financial assistance to individuals trying to secure or maintain a tenancy within the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire.
Loans and grants are made in suitable cases to enable a person or family to pay a deposit or advance rent or both, or to ease cashflow problems when these cause rent arrears.
The amount of loan or grant we make is limited a maximum of £500 and this can make all the difference when it is added to other sources of funding. Loans are interest free and repayable by simple Bank Standing Order at an affordable amount.
